THE MENU

Artisanal Grazing & Oyster Station: 

• A lavish spread of cured meats, terrine, soft and hard cheeses, pickled vegetables, fresh bread, lavosh, dips, and olives, alongside freshly shucked oyster with a variety of accompaniments. 

• Canapés: 

  • Pork Rillette en croute, fig chutney

  • Croquette, pumpkin and oregano

  • Caramelised onion tart, salami, goats cheese

• Fork & Walk: 

  • Roasted cauliflower with mahummara, currents & pinenuts

  • Roast lamb slider, green goddess mayo
