THE MENU

Artisanal Grazing & Oyster Station: 

• A lavish spread of cured meats, terrine, soft and hard cheeses, pickled vegetables, fresh bread, lavosh, dips, and olives, alongside freshly shucked oyster with a variety of accompaniments. 

• Canapés: 

  • Pepper-crusted wagyu beef with truffle mayonnaise, served on a sourdough biscuit. 

  • Caramelised onion tart with olives. 

  • Confit duck and mushroom arancini with aioli. 

• Fork & Walk: 

  • Lamb kofta meatballs with sugo. 

  • Warm marbella chicken with couscous. 

• Sweet Treat:

  • Profiteroles with white chocolate chantilly and a chocolate drizzle.

• Comforting Close (4:00 PM - 4:30 PM): 

  • Mini chorizo hot dog with guindilla. 

  • Slow-roast wagyu slider with guindilla and mayonnaise.
